Account hacked into, now perma banned?!?
Says the same in the Reddit post but will say again: -I have played league for about a year and a half to two years now, do not even remember ever being chat restricted or suspended and never had any problem. Spent lots of time and effort(lvl 245, not that much but as much as i could) to improve myself and get cool skins and such, yet after playing only 2 games today i come back to a message saying I was banned for third party software. I checked op.gg and it says i played 2 games, one with Irelia(26/7/2) and one with Renekton(12/8/3), which is unlikely that i would even play these champs for i am very bad with Irelia and have not used her in a very long time, nor have i used Renekton in a while, but as well as that I was playing a different steam game and watching a movie through discord with my girlfriend at the times of those games. I am wondering if this has happened to anyone else, and if a riot employee sees this, have a possible chat or connection to understand more the proof behind the notion that i was playing at the time, and if they are able to check the ip logs and see that i was not playing at the time, nor have had anything like this in the past.
As it says, i had another game and a movie open when the two games that got me banned occurred, nor was League even open on my computer. I would like to try and talk with a riot employee and see if the IP address of those two games can be looked at and if it matches mine. And as it also says i would like to hopefully get into contact or a conversation with a riot employee to discuss the proof that got my account banned and if the IP could be looked into, and if my history on the account could be looked into ( as this could also mean that not just my account was compromised but also my computer depending) -side note, i am making this the night of being banned only an hour or 2 after getting banne

EDIT: I have Created a ticket and hope that they will look at IP and location to see that I was not the one playing at the time, Ticket ID is :43667653. I still hope a Riot Employee will respond to me and possibly get in contact with me
