As you can see in the screenshot... MY ACCOUNT GOT SUSPENDED FOR NO REASON, WITHOUT ANY EXPLANATION, I NEVER DID ANYTHING WRONG BUT NOW I NEED TO GO OVER THIS MESS FOR WHAT? I WILL TAKE ME WEEKS IF NOT MONTHS TO EVEN GET AN ANSWER SO JUST KEEP THE ACCOUNT RIOT GJ WITH BANNING MY ACCOUNT AFTER I SPENT LIKE $400 ON SKINS IN IT LOL AND NEVER EVEN DID ANYTHING WRONG TO GIVE YOU ANY SMALL REASON TO BAN IT. GGWP RIOT GAMES, DOTA 2 IS WHERE MY HANDS GOING TO. ** OH AND BTW, YOUR INGAME MESSAGE SAYING I SHOULD GET AN EMAIL SAYING THINGS ABOUT THE BAN BUT STILL NO EMAIL AFTER FEW HOURS.

Write a ticket to the support

They do send out these messages Incase of account compromise. Support will usually get back to you within a week, probably up to 5 days.

Suspended is the key word here.

Most likely it is a safety ban/lock. There may have been some indication that your account had been compromised. So to prevent somebody actually fucking you over, they locked it with a ban.

So yeah, submit a ticket to support if you want to be sure.

Edit: Also, usually 2-3 days before a response. If you wait until tomorrow you could try for the live chat for instant communication.

Same bud, via email they say the account is compromised. They refuse to return it even after providing ample information up to and including banking information used to purchase RP. Mind you, this all stemmed from a ticket sent in regarding a disconnect due to internet outage, and instead of actually helping with the original ticket they proceed to say "it's your fault your internet is not up to par" and then issue a ban due to "compromised accounts."

The ignorance... it hurts. Fuckin send a support ticket. Your account was locked for security reasons. You should be fine.
