So heres my thought about riot not lifting perma bans, Yeah i got permad, i was toxic as all hell, didnt play this game for 6 months sent a ticket if i can get unbanned they answered they dont lift bans, then i started googling how long it takes to get to lvl 30 alone, was reading stuff and it said like about 180 games with per game xp boosts and daily bosts, and it would cost you around ~50€ and ALOT ALOT of time, so heres how you riot are "promoting" buying accounts, theres a website selling accounts for 17$ with 16K IP, you buy 10€ worth of RP and boom you are ready to buy champs, and runes since they are almost free now. And i always give a person 2nd chance, yeah i got burned giving a 2nd chance but ey at least I TRIED RIOT. And yeah the chat restriction 2 week ban shit ... like that doesnt mean crap about 2nd chances mkey

A permanent ban does not mean "try again on a new account". It means "get out and stay out".

Yes, you can create a new account very easily because of their business model. That does not mean they have to make it any easier for you though.

Those bought accounts are either stolen or leveled by botting, so if you want to waste money on something that is going to be banned anyway, be my guest, but it'll be your money down the drain. Again.
