Riot gave me another chance (perm)

After being perm banned for over a year, I asked Riot for an appeal. I wasn’t expecting to be unbanned, but to my surprise, after answering some questions and talking with two support staff, my account was given its 6th chance at not being toxic.

It baffles me that people can call Riot “strict with player behavior”. I’ve been given an opportunity to play after a PERMANENT BAN on my accounts. They had no reason to unban me but they did because they still believe that anyone can become a good player.

we cant see the entire reply/dialogue. example : your permanent ban could have been a mistake in the first place, which would then make total sense for them to lift it.

If they banned me on accident, why would they reduce the ban to two weeks then say if I do one more thing I get permed?

because maybe your behavior was worth a 2 weeks ban punishment instead of a permanent one ? coincidentally this has happened to me too in the past. twice. first, i had receive a 2 weeks ban wrongfully which was then fully taken back (honor restored and everything), and second, i was permanently banned but like in your case, riot took it back and gave me 10 chat restricted games punishment instead, but because that was what my negative behavior deserved, and not because they are nice guys and wanted to give me a second chance like you are implying.

Riot does not just lift your permanent ban punishment if it is deserved, unless the punishment was a mistake in the first place (like in my 2 cases). so, "proof or didnt happen".

I mean if you really need it sure. Apologies since I don’t have access to a PC today it’s going to be sloppy. This is also my second time appealing, my first time they just told me I deserved it.

you still dont show everything from your ticket. you hide how long the entire ticket is (bar on right in most phones), you hide ticket's unique number, its title, etc. like, before your first screenshot, above your first reply in the ticket, there could be more discussion that we do not see. and why you say "once again" in your very first period in your first screenshot?

too many things are fishy...

Congratulations on returning to your main account. Not sure why these people are so demanding of proof. They unbanned tyler1 after all.

not a single account of tyler1's that has been perma banned got unbanned. riot only unbanned hisip ban, which means tyler is free to create new accounts and play the game.
