Riot gave me another chance (perm)

After being perm banned for over a year, I asked Riot for an appeal. I wasn’t expecting to be unbanned, but to my surprise, after answering some questions and talking with two support staff, my account was given its 6th chance at not being toxic.

It baffles me that people can call Riot “strict with player behavior”. I’ve been given an opportunity to play after a PERMANENT BAN on my accounts. They had no reason to unban me but they did because they still believe that anyone can become a good player.
