yesterday i was playing legoue of legends and i was in top our jungle was play trool and our jungle want go top and he pike my top and i am play trool and i forgot ban him i was have 0/21/1 with shaco now i will wait 30 jun for end this ban

If you received a ban for feeding, the way to remove it is to wait out the duration. Trolling by intentionally feeding isn't permitted, and is subject to a zero-tolerance policy -- a 14-day ban on the first offense, which puts the account one punishment away from a permanent ban.
What account was this on? It wasn't on the account you posted this on from what I can see.
If you went 0/21/1 with shaco, you were almost certainly trolling and/or intentionally feeding. Thus, barring some excuse that you didn't tell us to start, your ban is justified and will not be removed.
