I Got a chat restriction for 10 games but when i go in queue it says im currently banned from playing but it did not say im banned it said i have a 10 chat game restriction,i should be able to play but with a chat restriction i dont understand please help.

Sounds like the chat restrictions may have been escalated to a 2 week ban. Did you get a reform card in your email?
