When you play this game and are toxic lets be serious... you have issues in your real life.

Honestly who cares about toxicity, such a pathetic excuse to try and control a terrible game to begin with.
This game has no future, better games will come out.

Yes.
If it's such a terrible game, then why are you here? If you don't want to be responsible for your own actions in such a terrible game, then nothing should be stopping you from leaving. It shouldn't matter to you what Riot does to control the game.
But this is likely just an attempt to troll the board while seeking some sort of attention. If you want REAL attention, then I recommend you seeing a therapist. Because it's quite clear you need help.
Personally I report that sort of behavior because I think it is childish and has no place in this game. I don't really care what is said, who is saying it, or who it is being said to. People like that need to learn to grow up, and the best and lowest effort way I can help with that process is by using the report button in the post game lobby.
It's not just this game either. Any modern multiplayer game worth it's salt has a report system, with some being of better quality than others. Gaming culture is changing fast, and the "trash talk" days will soon be fully behind us. Good riddance I say.

I am pretty sure that the goal of teambased strategy game isn't to NOT communicate with your team. The more of your team you have muted, the less communication you have compared to the enemy team, setting you at a disadventage. The mute option exist so you do not have to be irritated by the toxic waste people dump into the chat, but just because people can ignore you, does not mean you have the right to abuse chat and pings.
You can ping missing and danger for your team. But that won't do anything if they muted your chat and pings from the get go, because you spammed ping the first blood that happened on an invade.
