Recently I was permabanned, not for feeding, but for saying mean things. I have taken a bit of exception to this for the reason that in my past month of games or so, I have maintained over 3.5 KDA and around 50%+ win rate. I play the game the way it's intended to be played, I farm well, gank lanes in need, body block... etc. However, when I see someone on my team stop to type in the middle of lane and get blown up by 3 enemy players, I'm going to tell them that they are playing like an idiot and should pay the fuck attention. Or if someone says "first time so-and-so" and proceeds to feed 20 kills in 20 minutes while I'm in my series, I'll probably tell them that they are awful at that champion and ask them to explain what the fuck was going through their head in champ select to maybe better understand their thought process on a shitty pick. None of these instances will stop me from attending to their lane, or discontinue me from playing my best in order to win the game. These words never affect my in-game actions because I feel that is the biggest detriment someone can have on the team. The problem is never shit-talking, its AFKs and feeding. Yes, toxicity leads to those to latter actions, but they are not the definitive problem, yet they are the most punished in tribunal.

This thread is not one begging to reinstate my account, rather, to show my displeasure in the way punishments are conducted, I have dedicated my smurf-account to be my official "Summoner's Code Troll Account". In this account, I will be nothing be cordial in chat, I will call everyone pleasant names and offer encouragement, and I will give positive feed back in EVERY situation, even those that do not call for it. However, when someone calls for a gank, I will enter their lane and fake them into an engagement before leaving them out to dry. I will refuse to farm to a level that is appropriate, unless it is in a starving ally's lane. I will feed (but never on purpose, right?) only because the minion wave was not well-timed giving the opponent the massive advantage. I will do everything I can to lose games while still following the summoner's code, because afterall, "we are allowed to play in-game however we feel will get us a win".

Some might call me salty, but in reality, I'm tired of being punished by rules that do not work. When you punish the players who play hard and try to win games but also enjoy talking shit, the ones silently feeding in anger are allowed to run free in the Fields of Justice. It is this reason that I have taken such exception to the way this game is governed. This account will only prove to myself, and maybe a few others, that there are massive holes in the way the tribunal bans summoners. I will be documenting and recording games from here on out, if this thread isn't deleted, I will post back with my results (obviously while keeping the account info secretive).

To all those who I encounter, I am truly sorry, but I look forward to being very polite to you in chat.

***As a disclaimer, I feel that attacking any summoner on a personal and unwarranted level is justifiable for a ban. An example would be telling people to kill themselves or implying that they are stupid in real life. This is completely different than shit talk about topics that are happening in-game. If you are feeding and playing like an idiot, I have no problem telling you why I think that.

Also, this 'experiment' will only take place in ranked games. Preferably after I get out of Bronze/Silver so that my actions are much more apparent in a competitive atmosphere.

First off, I can guarentee you don't "tell people they are playing like idiots." Im pretty sure you just tell them to fuck off and kill themselves.

Second, it doesn't mean shit if YOU continue to play at the same level when raging. It matters that you make your team feel like shit so THEY don't play well.

And another #gatekeeper is born. This does illustrate the problem with the automated moderation system. Once a player feels they've been burned by it, the next logical step is to game the system to get others burnt. Welcome to the new meta, where winning isn't about how much LP you earn but rather how many other players you can screw over by troll baiting them into restrictions and or bans. [slayer-jinx-wink]

lol who the fuck cares? There is a thing, called Elo system. And if you play like this, it's nothing else then playing like a bad player. And you know what? You will drop down the ranks and jeah, that's it. Nobody will remind you, nobody cares. And the only thing you'll archive is that you don't reach the rank you could reach if you play properly. Btw. if you don't like the game anymore, why do you still play? What is wrong with you? Don't you have any friends you can go out with ? Or maybe a other hobby then being a dick in a video game?

Seriously, I feel sorry for you. You must have a really bad live or some other problems ...
