I have received a 14 day ban today I have never been banned before. I feel nothing i said was threatening or extremely toxic. Is this normal procedure in League of Legends? i feel this is a very extreme ban for this i never have received a prior warning or anything. If someone could please look into this situation and give me some more clarity.

Extreme toxicity's (normally hate speech, racism, sexism, telling people to harm themselves) first punish is 14-day ban. Same with ELO boosting and intentional feeding.
If you have chatlogs, post it here and we'll be able to tell you whether it was extreme toxicity.
Also, please note that prior to 14 day bans are chat restrictions as opposed to bans.

I would also like to add i never intentionally feed and always play to win, and i'm never passive aggressive, i also ignore other toxic people in my game and always play to get the win. I feel just so sad that i did one thing and its just straight to jail.

You chat doesn't seem that bad, I've only heard of a 14 ban for intentional feeding. You should open a support ticket.

Yes it is normal procedure for someone to break the rules, get punished, and then deny any responsibility. Quite normal. You said the gay F word... that's considered hate speech here. Now you know. Move on.
