Basically, the entire Player Behavior System of League is crap.

I'm playing League since 2 Years now, and got two banned Accounts already. My first Account was banned for actually being toxic, and reformed after that. In my second Account i got banned for two Games, and it was almost NO level of toxicity, and that Ban is really unclear and not fair. I made in total 2 Support tickets, one in German (My Main Language) and in English. Everytime im writing the German Support they just answer me with CTRL + C / CTRL + V Messages and answer my Questions really poorly. After asking them 3 Times to look through my Logs again, they copied two words saying "fuck" and "bronze". So, out of 2 Games i wrote in total 2 Toxic Words and im getting banned for that. If this Post is going to get ANY kind of Answers/Replies by Riot i can provide Proofs of that. I' assume its Allowed to make alternative Accounts, because on my First Account the Support itself told me to make a new Account if i wanna keep playing. I putted about 1,5k€ in League by now, and still enjoy the Game. But then im wondering why People are getting unbanned that are even more toxic. There are YouTube Video's about People getting unbanned. Then im wondering why the Riot Support doesnt check my Logs twice, instead of just CTRL + C / CTRL + V'ing me all the Time. Rito Support, why are you guys so bad when it comes to Player Behavior Bans? Or are we just completely worth nothing for you because we were toxic. We are Humans too and can Reform, theres no Reason for being trolled and ignored by you in such a Way. Thats atleast what i saw and felt from the Riot Support when it comes to Player Behavior.

Found the Logs though. I know i wasnt acting 100% fair. But still, it wasnt toxic as much as most of the Players who got unbanned and what i saw. It would be fine if Rito Support explains me what i did wrong, but just saying "ANY KIND OF TOXICITY WILL BE BANNED NOW I CLOSE YOUR TICKET BYEBYE" or Stuff like im going against the Summoners Code or however is called is SUCH a bad Excuse. PS: Excuse my bad English, English language isnt my 1st.

Edit1: With those Logs im not trying to say i wasnt toxic at all. I know i was Toxic in those Logs, but thats almost no Level of toxicity. Anyways, its about the Riot Support only answering me with CTRL + C / CTRL + V and never actual Answers that make sense. Please, Riot Support. Do something about that.
