Basically, the entire Player Behavior System of League is crap.

I'm playing League since 2 Years now, and got two banned Accounts already. My first Account was banned for actually being toxic, and reformed after that. In my second Account i got banned for two Games, and it was almost NO level of toxicity, and that Ban is really unclear and not fair. I made in total 2 Support tickets, one in German (My Main Language) and in English. Everytime im writing the German Support they just answer me with CTRL + C / CTRL + V Messages and answer my Questions really poorly. After asking them 3 Times to look through my Logs again, they copied two words saying "fuck" and "bronze". So, out of 2 Games i wrote in total 2 Toxic Words and im getting banned for that. If this Post is going to get ANY kind of Answers/Replies by Riot i can provide Proofs of that. I' assume its Allowed to make alternative Accounts, because on my First Account the Support itself told me to make a new Account if i wanna keep playing. I putted about 1,5k€ in League by now, and still enjoy the Game. But then im wondering why People are getting unbanned that are even more toxic. There are YouTube Video's about People getting unbanned. Then im wondering why the Riot Support doesnt check my Logs twice, instead of just CTRL + C / CTRL + V'ing me all the Time. Rito Support, why are you guys so bad when it comes to Player Behavior Bans? Or are we just completely worth nothing for you because we were toxic. We are Humans too and can Reform, theres no Reason for being trolled and ignored by you in such a Way. Thats atleast what i saw and felt from the Riot Support when it comes to Player Behavior.

Found the Logs though. I know i wasnt acting 100% fair. But still, it wasnt toxic as much as most of the Players who got unbanned and what i saw. It would be fine if Rito Support explains me what i did wrong, but just saying "ANY KIND OF TOXICITY WILL BE BANNED NOW I CLOSE YOUR TICKET BYEBYE" or Stuff like im going against the Summoners Code or however is called is SUCH a bad Excuse. PS: Excuse my bad English, English language isnt my 1st.

Edit1: With those Logs im not trying to say i wasnt toxic at all. I know i was Toxic in those Logs, but thats almost no Level of toxicity. Anyways, its about the Riot Support only answering me with CTRL + C / CTRL + V and never actual Answers that make sense. Please, Riot Support. Do something about that.

Actually, i wanna see what the Riot Support says about that. I want an Answer to my Question why they keep ignoring me or just answer me really poorly. Read what i wrote again, then post something.

But the possibilities of a Rioter answering your question about player support here is pretty close to 0.

You also are talking about German player support here on NA boards, German support is handled by RiotEU, so the chances of NA staff taking care of EU matters is also slimmer.

I would suggest you posting this in EUW boards in the help & support section instead.

I talked about the English Support too, and my Focus lays on the English ones anyway. Tho, German Support is shit is fine.

Cos the chances of a Rioter commenting on this specific issue is very very very low. You might get a response in the help & support subsection, but you still need to ask a question or make a point within your rant.

You still are making this a pointless rant. you aren't saying anything to show the player supports aren't making sense or not answering properly.

I'm telling you that you won't get a Rioter to respond to you here and telling you to go to H&S (cos they can see your tickets), yet you stay here not showing anything.

If this is your way of thinking, then I can see why you say that Player Support never answers you properly. You probably just don't like their answer or just totally misunderstanding them.

I definetely can make Screenshots of the Support Tickets i had, but im really too lazy to blurr our all the Names. If there will be any need, i can freely Screencap those.

Why not just copy and paste it?

If you wanted to blur out the names, you can paste it in MS Word (or any Word Processing Software) and "Find & Replace All" for the names you want to blur out.

you are blameing your team mates thoughout the whole game and pretty much the whole thing is just negativ.

i did, but the rest of the thread is just inaccurate.

first of all, the punishment you got is fair, you even know that you are creating a negativ experience for the other players in the game and has been warned about that sort of behavior before.

you don't need to swear to be toxic and there is plenty of toxic things in that chat log, (such as, calling ppl "noob", yelling for reports, telling ppl to uninstall, calling a person "fucking stupid", just to take a few)

secondly, riot only unban a account if it's a mistake on their part and as we just went over, this isn't such a case.

as for the whole support answer, most of them are just copy/paste answers. they get only god knows how many tickets aday so in order to make it thu them all in any decent amount of time, do they answer simple tickets with premade messages.

is there anything else you feel you need help with?.

So, basically you are just referring to my Chatlogs. The Thread isnt inaccurate enough you just dont get it. Those Chatlogs indeed were TOxic Behaviour, but not as much as the recent Logs. Also, riot does unban People who were toxic but not that "toxic", It looks like you arent informed enough. And also, you aren't providing any Help currently. And yes, they get alot of Tickets. But thats a Game with alot of Palyers and they must provide a good Support then. I see the Ads saying the Riot Support would help me, at the End it doesnt and they dont even react to their Customers properly. Once again, understand the Thread properly.

there really isn't more of a discussion to be had at this point, i have already answered everything about his post, just think he didn't like the one's he got.

he want support to waste money and time to make a long personal answer on a rightfully banned case that aren't really needed as everything can be seen in the chatlogs (doesn't even specify what he want these messages to have that a normal copy/paste answer couldn't give him).

The only Thing you refer to is my banned Accounts. Its a Fact the Support doesn't give alot of Care, you can't deny it. So what do you even try?

"what is it gonna improve?"

none of these are answered by just saying "support is bad and doesn't care" and then everytime someone ask you what excatly your suggestions to make it better are / what issue you have with them, you just go "you just don't get the point, kid!, omg! get on my level scrub! noob owned!" because that'll help your case so well...

so here's the deal.
