Repost from a different section because it was in the wrong section. Here.

So a few days ago I had installed a new antivirus program, but I hadn't figured out how to adjust the permissions for programs that require internet access (LoL client, for example). After I had it installed my league client didnt function correctly for a while. It was crashing alot during games, so I temporarily disabled it to play the game with friends. The day before yesterday I found out how to adjust the program permissions for my antivirus. Sweet! Or so I thought. The next day I opened up my league client to test if it would work properly and my account had been suspended. Permanently. "For the use of malicious 3rd party programs" is what it said. I followed the email instructions and submitted a ticket to support (#22865589 if any rioter would please be of some help) yesterday. Two days later and I still haven't even gotten a response. I just want to know why my account got banned without any warning or response from you guys when I wasn't breaking any rules.

It might help noting what antivirus program you're using! Do include because if the program is one that they shouldn't have a problem with this is a different issue (I would believe)

Rest assured RIOT support is deeply concerned and will fix this injustice immediately.

it is the weekend afterall. So they aren't working right now.

Also, they'll need time to investigate the account again, so you probably will hear back from them on .. maybe Wednesday / thursday?

You just have to be patient with your support ticket.

3rd party mod bans happen in waves so I would say the antivirus thing is a likely a coincidence.

Just to prepare you, I have only seen these cases end in 1 of 2 ways. Riot giving a pretty generic "I reviewed the case and we are upholding the ban" or some kind of account sharing comes out(intentional or otherwise).

It probably was that hack website you paid 10 dollars a month for not your antivirus, but you already knew that lol.
