By playing semi regularly and not having valid reports made against you.

for me its really weird, i was honor lv 0 and made it back to h2 in ~3 months or so. now its been almost half a year and im still stuck at honor lv 2.0 (no checkpoints).

with the ability to mute ally chat i became even more chill than i alrdy did after my reform, yet im stuck at h2.

well and with tft not counting, i wont make any progress anyways

I have no idea. I got 2 chat restrictions in a row and ended up honor 0 halfway through this season, and I'm already almost honor 2 again.

Give honor. If everyone honors someone, everyone gets a boost. While not everone honors, if you don't honor anyone, you are guarenteed to miss out on that bonus.
