Long term Player tired of trolls, verbal harassment etc

Dear League of Legends,

I have been playing your game for years (since you came out!) and I would like to know what your doing about the trolling, verbal harassment, and general negative attitude in the game, especially in ARAM games. I have noticed a marked increase in the years I have been playing with negative attitudes for flaming and trolling and people are NOT taking the Tribunal seriously. People are now saying in-game "who cares if i troll or verbally abuse somebody in ARAM because nothing will happen to me anyways." I am seeing very strong sexual innuendo, explicit language, and tons of inappropriate account names. As a very long term player, and a very long SPENDING player, I hope you take my comments to heart. Please feel free to quote me in a community roundup article, a message to the entire League world or however else you want to make it known, that "just because it is ARAM, nothing is going to happen to me" doesn't hold water, and that there IS consequences for such abuse of the community and the terms and conditions. It's not just myself but other long term players that are getting tired of this and would like to see definitive action on this. We love this game, and do NOT want to see it wrecked for the fine work of art that it is!

p.s. I really do own all the champs to my count there is 128, but i buy my account name every 5 champs or so just in case you are wondering tee hee hee.
