Perma'd bug? No chat restrictions, no offensive chat, no int feeding, just tryhard tilt = Perma'd?

Please help.

I was recently Perma banned in what must be a bug in the system. I have not had a chat restriction in ages. I never intentionally feed. I never play troll. I always tryhard. But I do tilt and become a little toxic in chat on rare occasions. There was just one game that I was given as reason for my perma ban that I will gladly share with you. How can this be reason for a perma ban? Why not chat restriction? I've had this account for ages. I must have 10,000+ hours on it.

I am very confused. This has to be a mistake.

Here is the chat log. Yes, it is toxic. But its not perma ban toxic. Wheres my chat restriction? There are people with 8,000 game chat restrictions? I don't even get 1 game?

You haven't had a 14 day ban recently (past several months)? If not, you can get more information on your ban by submitting a Support Ticket.

I had a 14 day ban several months ago but it too was for similar chat with no chat restrictions given for ages.

Wow... I think its been over 6 months since I had a chat restriction. I didn't know they changed the chat restriction system. I thought people were still getting 8,000 chat restrictions and that's what I was expecting. This is pretty f'd up...

While certainly very aggressive, this chat log doesn't seem like nearly enough to jump directly to a permaban with no priors.

  • Insults his teammates, multiple times.
  • Calls for reports on others.
  • When not insulting his teammates, is very passive aggressive.
  • Extremely high opinion of himself.

Generally valuable member of the society... have a bad game here and there and use imperfect chat. Don't do anything extrodinary like racism/sexism/etc. Don't int feed or troll.

And you still believe thats worth a perma?

How so? How can you make such a blanket statement. I've tutored more people than I can remember on this game. I've coached teams and players. I've introduced countless people to the community. I've spent tons of money. I'm generally a productive member in games. I just tilt sometimes. Why so negative?

Who cares, neither of those are relevant.

You violated the summoner code and I pointed out exactly how. That is all that matters.

Maybe severity doesn't matter. Maybe I'm wrong about that? I would think that someone who generally gives more to the community than he takes in a few bad games where he lightly criticizes people wouldn't exactly be worthy of such punishment. It's over the top and amounts to theft of my account.

wow i dont even really see that as toxic ive said stuff 5x worse and didnt even get a chat restriction (mind you that was nov last year got a 14 day ban in dec and changed my ways in fear of losing this account that ive had since season 1) so i dont see this as being Perma worthy for sure

o yeah welcome to league they dont care and they got your money and your account so now they can even just use your name for someone else and get even more money off of them i used to be someone who would buy stuff every once and a while well i havent payed for anything in 2 years because of riot they are not getting my money for this flawed reporting system sorry man to bad everyone jsut thinks toxic is toxic well i hope they get the most toxic person on there team and then mouth off to that person and GET PERMA'd for talking back

Is this the log from the email, or from the in-game client notice? Sometimes they run into size limitations on email, so they only send one log. The in-game client one might have 2 additional logs.

I think there should be a Copy Text button on the notice. It'll put it on your clipboard for you so you can paste here.

Interesting case though. I'd be curious to see input from Riot on this. Granted, they do tend to consider asking for or threatening reports to be toxic, which you are guilty of here. I don't see meriting a jump to a permaban.

Hmm. Still not positive and probably merits a punishment (honestly, even if said in jest, it's likely better to not say such things because the people you're talking to might not realize it's a joke).

That said, there's still nothing in here that I see that merits skipping any tiers.

Very toxic, ban deserved.

You don't just get a toxicity permaban instantly (With a few rare exceptions for death threats, extreme hate speech, etc). You obviously received chat restrictions and a temp ban in the past.

Even if you didn't, I'm cool with you being ousted from the game for your behavior, because based upon your original post and subsequent responses you really have no business being here.
