So today (9/2/2017) got 14 days suspension cause of verbal abusing ingame of course am not mad cause it was worth it to tell the mid laner how bad he was, but the deal here is i just saw that "Players issued a ban of seven days or more from 8/22/2017 are ineligible for this year’s rewards."
my question is will i also not receive my ranking border?!

I have received my well earned Ranked Rewards for Season 6. If you don't believe it, go ahead and look at my account on League's client. You will see a nice and pristine gold border on my profile page. Or quiet simply, hover your mouse cursor over my name on the League's Forum Boards, and you'll see the Gold Forum Badge earned for Season 6.
Now, if I was banned 14-days, or Perma-banned on 09/13/2016. Why would I have the rewards?

Chermorg1 votesUnless your suspension is overturned, you will be ineligible for ranked rewards for this season. This includes any rewards - border, icon, skin, etc. that may be announced or have yet to be announced.
Basically, it's as if you never played ranked this season.
