The issue of trolls in the pre-game lobby and a way to report them really needs to be looked at.

I've had many cases of being put in a lobby with either a troll, or a pre-made that if they don't get there lane they either purposely ban out my champ or just lock in my lane forcing me to either play a 20+ game just to lose or dodge and loss lp as well as waiting 20+ mins (cause this happens more than once a day). If they don't simply steal your lane they will just pick a random champ and declare there int feeding (kalista mid). Its not good enough to just play the game waste my time and lp just to have the chance that they "may" get reported at the end. There has to be either a way to report these people in the lobby its self or after without having to play the match. I'd also be satisfied if they would just find a way to change to penalty for dropping if for some reason a lobby report system would not work, because in the last month i'm almost certain I've lost more lp from having to drop due to trolls than i have from actual losses.
