they just report you and it almost always instantly triggers because they're a 3-4 man group
The fact that they're a 3-4 man group actually doesn't mean anything. Premade reports are only treated as a single report. Riot made it this way specifically so that premade groups don't have any extra power over solo players when it comes to reports.
Also, reports alone do not equal punishment. They simply trigger a review. The system is pretty good at weeding out false reports, so if you don't do anything wrong, you won't be punished.
