I was playing a game and I ran into this guy who's name was my favorite YouTuber. He proceeded to act like he was actually the YouTuber and had me believing it until the actual YouTuber told me it wasn't him. Is this a punishable offense?
Do you think he needs to be punished? You aren't allowed to impersonate people (mainly Rioters) but was he doing any harm other than saying he was someone else? If you feel his actions were harmful then feel free to report him, but if it wasn't serious I wouldn't expect anything of it.
It takes (at least) two people to pull off a scam: The scammer and the person dumb enough to fall for it.
