Got perma-banned cause my account got hacked

So I have been playing league for a long time (since League of Legends: Clash of Heroes) and I come home from a month in the field (US Army) to find that my account was perma-banned for hacking. I spent way too much money on this game to even remotely want to compromise my account and I got banned cause some idiot from where ever in the world to my account from me and trash it in a manner. I and my friends have been trying to get my account back for ages but no avail. So I know that account sharing is a bannable offense but I don't share my account to no one and yet someone was able to take my account from me and get me banned. I don't feel that is right I feel there should be a better reconcile than to just say well your account you had for 8+ years was banned for hacking for something I didn't do and all I can do is just start over from scratch after the 8+ years I put into it. That doesn't feel like something you just start over from. I don't know if this would reach out to anyone in riot or anything like that cause I went to support and I told them that I would change my password or anything to get my account back I just want to play on my it again, but I just get dicked over like I was the bad guy when I was the victim. It like being imprisoned for a crime you didn't commit and nobody re-going over the evidence.
