2 afk's in the same game, but yeah I deserve to keep losing

I understand needing to be able to carry yourself out of low-elo hell. Buck up, do it-I get it. But when you consistently have garbage teams that rage quit, that afk to spam the chat angrily, that feed purposely, all the while you have done your job by winning lane, setting up fights, and so on I think there is a huge problem that clearly hasn't been addressed in regards to player behavior. It would be FANTASTIC if the tribunal was actually functional again. It would also be nice if people had bans from ranked and more severe punishment for actions that cause ME to lose. You playing poorly, okay, it happens. You playing differently than I think you should, yeah, it happens. You going AFK because you are mad? No-you should be kept from ranked for weeks. Those are the players that make the climb that much harder. This community seems to stay the same regardless of leaver busters and chat restrictions, so clearly something has to change. And I am not even a toxic player egging people on. I just have to sit there and watch people argue, try to be a peacemaker, and then get the shaft in the end anyways because they are so pathetic they have to ruin everyone else's day to feel better about themselves. I never even post on these dang boards but since there is no other way to complain about this, HERE I AM.
