I want a medal, first game dodge in 2 years for a client bug and I got 15 mins of ban

Now how is that possible, i have dodge a game intentionally 2 years ago and i got banned for 5 mins, now after 2 years of NEVER dodge a single game i got banned for 15 minutes because the new launcher wont load the champ selection page and i had to close it forcefully... Come on riot you know that i havent dodge a single game in ages why you punish me so hard? Why on earth should i not dodge even the most trollfull game if i can dodge 1 game per day and get always 15 mins of ban anyways. From now on, i will start to dodge ALOT and be toxic in the game, not to much just a bit because my excellent behaviour means nothing if you dont care. There are no reasons for be a good player if i can get much more benefits by ignore the rules, who cares about 15 mins of ban if i can dodge a bad game and who cares about the toxicity if i can have some fun insulting the others. Many time i found horrendous cheaters on the enemy team or leavers/AFK on mine, just let us surrender 5 mins early if someone have left the game dont force me to waste my time on a lost cause. Back on track, riot pls give me a medal and please dont be too hard punishing good players because you will turn them in evils.
