You can grind it back, but if you continue this path that got you your 14-day ban, you won't have an account to grind to anything.

Nothing about homophobic slur is a joke nor is telling a player to take their own life is humorous in any situation. Having consideration for other players feelings and understanding the fact that your words do have consequences. The game is about having a mutual understanding that this is just a video game and understanding that everyone is trying to enjoy the game.
