Yep. You're harassing and shaming your teammates throughout those logs. If you had already received a 14-day ban, you were warned that your next punishment would result in a permanent ban, and this is indeed enough to trigger a punishment. Between negative behavior and a history of toxicity, this does reasonably trigger a perma.

While I see worse at least weekly, I think the problem was mostly calling someone a moron after so many punishments. By this point you probably shouldn't have called anyone anything to be safe.

I would say a chat ban but not a perma ban seems kind of ridiculous keeps happening to me too havent been perma'd but I talked to a support agent last night who said that even if you dont say anything vulgar just arguing is enough to get you a ban.
