Riot stop banning so hard
That sounds pretty cancerous to me. It would suck if he attempted to sue Riot for scamming rights.
If he just purchased it, do a charge back, boom, his money is back. Course he will never be able to use that payment method again with Riot lol.
Riot doesn't casually permaban people. Your friend has more details on why he was banned.
