You're asking for reports and not being constructive for a majority of this game.

Asking for reports is considered player harassment since it only takes one report to trigger a game for automatic review. Requesting reports and saying things like "enjoy your ban" is disruptive and goes against what the punishment system is actually for.

If someone is giving you a hard time or nothing productive is coming from the conversation, just mute them and move on. There are other people in the game who don't want to see two people going back and forth all match, all it does is stress them out and the end result is that you both open yourselves up to reports.

You have been given a 25 game chat restriction because you have already been given a written notice about your chat but you have continued the behaviour of arguing with people and attempting using the report system as a tool to harass them. The chat system being used in this way is a breech of your Terms of Service agreement so the restriction was placed as a second regarding this violation.
