The punishment system needs to be re-done

It literately punishes people who get mad at trolls. That's basically it. If you seen some of my games, i've troll alot, but i have never gotten any warning for trolling, but when the opposite happens when your team holds you hostage for an hour, and you get permanently banned for them, its like what the f8ck is riot doing? First they encourage toxicity in order to ban people who don't pay money on their account. Second they even ban people who spent a hundred dollars on skins just to get more money off of them. Third they let people hack other's account. If you want an example on my account, look at my email, and look at Brandonator. As soon as i clicked on a link, i thought it was just league's page, but it turned out to be a hacking site. I posted all the proof into the recovery, but they said no because i paid money for it.

League isn't here for fun, its here for only purely money, and that's a problem for business in general. Apple is a great example, they make new phones for sales, and to help people's lives, not ruin them like riot does. The more money you put into an account, the faster you get banned, not only that but they have a huge bias on people who just gets angry and not people who troll others.

When people say to ban toxic people, they meant ban trolls that constantly ruin games and take people as hostage for like a life time. They don't even have a mute button for people who use specific words that triggers others, but they just put a huge ban on their account because they got hostage. I bet riot is just laughing at me and acting like the punishment system is okay.

First they encourage toxicity in order to ban people who don't pay money on their account. Second they even ban people who spent a hundred dollars on skins just to get more money off of them.

So what you're really saying is the bans have no correlation with how much money you spend. This is as it should be.

Third they let people hack other's account.

More accurate to say that they are lacking methods to protect your account. This I will agree with.

Apple is a great example, they make new phones for sales, and to help people's lives, not ruin them like riot does.

Of all the choices you're picking Apple as an example? The company that overcharges for everything they do and do their utmost to prevent third parties from giving you cheaper alternatives? The company that brought you "You're just holding it wrong"?

The more money you put into an account, the faster you get banned

Prove it. Correlation != causation. People who put more money into an account are more likely to play more often. Doesn't mean they're being targeted somehow. Especially after your earlier accusation that riot target people who don't spend money.

they have a huge bias on people who just gets angry and not people who troll others.

Because one is much, MUCH easier to detect.

They don't even have a mute button for people who use specific words that triggers others

Not sure what you're trying to say here.

"The punishment system needs to be re-done"

something you don't really see un-punished people saying

Most people that get punished by getting mad at "trolls" mix up trolls with people whom are making bad decisions ingame.

I get mad at trolls. I don't get punished. I don't see how the two are interconnected at all. My best guess is you retaliate using chat. That serves no purpose other than to make the game even worse for the other players on your team. That is why Riot has chosen to punish all who break the rules. While chat punishments are easier to detect, trolling players will get what's coming to them.
