Just play with premades and stay out of normal / ranked solo ques until you realize this is a video game played for fun ( yes even in ranked and no players do not need to stay out of ranked if they want to have fun.) and the outcome has no bearing on actual life.
those are the wort types of players to have on your team.
I just had someone use flex as an excuse to basically troll. It's not exclusive to norms.
