account banned for 3rd party programming NEED ANSWERS NOW RIOT

my name is marco and i am pissed off for some reason i get an email stating my account was banned because of a 3rd party programing for one i don't stream or use any programs other than lol king,nerfplze, and champion select so why did my account get banned i have put so much money into this game and i am not in gold or diamond i am bronze 2 trying to climb that latter to silver so i want an answer now i want a riot tech team to investigate because this is sombs am really thinking about taking legal action my summoner name is Midnights keeper and i have a ticket as well https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/requests/22012365

You might want to check out this thread. That'll tell you what's allowed and what's not. If a program/application isn't there, I suggest you don't use it to be safe.

As for nerfplz, it appears to be just a site that doesn't do anything to the client, which Riot is fine with. So unless it has you download some weird things it wouldn't notify the system.

submitting a ticket is the only way you'll get a riot respone in most cases. it takes time. submitting more tickets only bumps you to the back of the line. just submit one and wait to see. good luck.

damn it i really wish there was some one i could talk to on the phone because this is bs i am so mad right now i have been reading a lot of the post people leave about this problem and they say that riot never gets back to them

they get back to people but they get so mad they submit ticket after ticket not realizing it moves you back in the queue. it can take a week cause of backlogs. i got this info from reading moderator and arbiter posts. edit: they dont have a phone line because "league community"

To be accurate, each individual ticket has its own place in the queue (you can have several open at the same time). It's when you bump an individual ticket that it alone is moved to the back. Not sure if that's what you mean, so just clarifying.

are you kidding, I got the same suspension on 04/25/2016 still trying to get it back! Since that date I'm watching this forum with the same claims. Riot has fuckd up big time, no shtt.

You should probably remove your username from this post, since it's on the forums for anyone to see and it doesn't help Riot (they already have your info, especially since you already opened a ticket).

I know the feeling. Got banned on May 31 for supposed scripting (which in fact I never do or did) and they sent my automatic responses too till I think I got to a real person just to hear them say, "I re-investigated your account and it does appear that you have been scripting. I can not go into further detail." Well thank you Riot, I know that I'm being suspected of scripting, can you at least tell me the time of the evidence so I can defend myself?!
