The Summoner's code.

There needs to be a reform for the "Summoner's code". the rules evidently aren't clear anymore and things have evidently changed since I started playing back in season 3. up until last year I had never in my life received any sort of punishment but here we are and I have now received 2 chat restrictions within a few months, yet I haven't changed how I've used chat or typed ever since I started playing. I know I've been reported before but I followed the rules and got no punishment. I don't know when it changed where having one bad game of you responding to a toxic player, rather than multiple games of you doing it, but still having Riot saying it's based on multiple games but REFUSING to pull up any examples of you doing so. I got the chat log of one of the games but no more than one, and I was told it was a punishment based on "games", plural. I asked for more chat logs of any other instances and was told they exist but they couldn't show them. I barely type in my games 90% of the time and it's only really for general things and never anything even remotely sarcastic, rude, toxic, or otherwise. I would be SHOCKED if they could find more than 5 games of me being rude in any way towards someone in the last 3 or 4 years. and even those examples would be me responding to a toxic player who flamed me extensively(yes there is a mute but once I stop responding it extends past typing and starts to include them stealing my buffs, cs, kills, baiting me, afking, and or inting). now beyond this one the two instances the chat log didn't show anything that made sense for why I was reported. nothing in the summoners code said anything like it was re-portable and everyone I had asked seemed confused as to why I was punished. a friend of mine has gotten similar issues. trying to go through Riot support is iffy and can either be a chill person who, while a cool person, doesn't really seem to have any ability to help and no way of really "supporting" at all, or some even MORE toxic person being rude and unprofessional about your ticket and seemingly doesn't read it as if they are annoyed you even sent in the ticket and made them do work(god forbid). this really defeats the purpose of a support system at all. overall there needs to be a fix to not only summoners code to make it more clear what the rules are and what can get you punished and what degree does something get you instant punishment, and there need to be a new system for sending in support tickets to actually receive help rather than "dang, sucks man" and then being told they can't do anything about it. honestly what can they do? nothing against the player support people, but it seems like Riot games give them little to no authority to do anything or even allowing them to appeal tickets higher to someone who CAN do something. please fix this if possible, I really do love Riot Games and League of Legends and have defended alot of actions but things are starting to get a bit out of hand I don't want to see something I enjoy so much, and have spent so many good years and dollars on, go downhill so much. ) :
