Then don't show his/her name. Naming & Shaming other players is against the board rules, so I've removed the pictures.
I'm sorry you encountered this, but the best response it to report the player in-game and, if you're really concerned, submit a player support ticket. Calling players out on the form is not acceptable.

ÂÎÂ1 votesI think they care a lot about their game BUT the system doesn't let US know if it really is working. for example I reported that guy through the system but I can really never know if they did anything about it (I report people like this quite often but only sometimes I get the instant feeback thing that shows that the player got punished).
