What do I do

I ran across a problem after my last game. During the game a player was complaining about my terrrible plays and how I should just quit and uninstal lol. Sure, everyone gets grumpy when a player sucks, and I did.

After the game the discussion started if you can blame one player for losing a game. And after a couple more words two players started saying that they hoped my parents didn't suicide because of the fail they created. Once I stated they have passed away already, they began telling me that I am a failure and I should kill myself. The problem was I had already reported them so I could not add this, but how can I make sure this doesn't go unpunished?
