it is a shitty way to end a game, so it's unsportsmanlike.

Its unsportsmanlike and can be reportable.

Is it an instant ban? no.

eventually continued behavior will cause a ban, but not instantly.

Ezreal : I'm sick of the discrimination towards me.

If you beat someone in a chess tournament and said to his face, "that was an easy win," would you consider that acceptable behavior?

Most people say "no, that is not acceptable behavior". It is the same in LoL; saying "ez" at the end is the same as the preceeding example, and therefore falls under "unsportsmanlike behavior".

I don't know why people think behind hidden behind the internet makes it ok to be rude to people.

Saying "gg ez" at the end of a game is equivalent to someone spitting in their hand and rubbing it in someone's face in a game of football.

Players tend not to do that in football, and the ones who do end up suffering severe consequences in the following games.

Yeah. Unsportsmanlike. It's literally the top of the report reasons thing.

If you have to ask you prolly should not do it.

it's considered unsportsmanlike and is therefore reportable

People will report you for it because it's bad sportsmanship but your ban would usually be coupled with other forms of toxic behavior. To be on the safe side, be sportsmanlike and don't write ez.

The only issue is the sarcastic and jocular use of the term.

I suppose you people want those Korean players who say a game was easy in the post game interview to be banned too, haha.

I personally hate it. It's just a dick move. It's not always bad though. I've had games where someone was doing bad, they knew it, and make fun of them selfs saying they are carrying and stuff. Those kind of people I don't have any problem with as they are just having fun at their expense and I get a laugh out of their good nature.

SewerPancakes10/26/2016, 7:33:26 AM1 votes

I don't really care for it. If they've been spamming that all game then ofc they're doing it to tilt the enemy team. If at the end of the game they've played a good game and said "ez" I really don't care for it. Then again if they blow up the lobby chat at the end of the game it's unnecessary and unsportsmanlike. In my opinion it depends on the context behind it.
