Got banned for using "Third Party Programs" unjustly

Trying to raise awareness for anyone else who feels they've been unjustly banned. The last time I played was on Friday March 10th. I go to log in on Monday and to my "delightful" surprise my account has apparently been permanently banned. I have seen other posts like this on the boards. I want Justice. Riot has a slogan about the fields of justice, well I want it here now. This and other posts about people who also feel like they have been unjustly banned are making you guys look like chumps compared to Blizzard. There is a store front to this game. Some of these people are legit customers who pay for RP for skins, champs etc. Some are not. Treat them like so. If an account on World of Warcraft gets hacked a player can easily recover it and most of their items that they had before the hack took place. I have not used any third party program. I was never even aware they existed until now. I am just a bronze ranked player looking to play the game (hopefully get out of bronze) with my younger brother. I am now also aware that I am not the first case or a rare case. That this seemingly happens to many players. This will ruin your reputation Riot and eventually someone with a similar but better game will compete and take players away from you. It's not about what your detection program has or has not found. This is now an issue of customer service. This will spread and people will leave your game for it. So start actually looking into these cases and do something about it!

ZEITREISENDER Yesterday at 14:29 I have never shared my password or account information with anyone else. I have not logged in and played a game myself since Thursday March 9th I believe. I do not use any third party programs and feel this suspension is a mistake. I LOSE over half my games...if I was using a third party program I definitely would not use it to LOSE.... This comes of a surprise to me Riot since I have not played all weekend and the last time I played was on Thursday. So thanks for the random suspension.... Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Your account has been banned for the use of scripts, hacks, exploits or unauthorized third party programs to gain an unfair competitive advantage. Accounts that have been caught using hacks are permanently suspended. We strive to maintain and preserve a fair and competitive environment. We make absolutely 100% sure before banning any players. I understand you would want proof but due to there being a history of players wanting to know how to avoid being caught in the future we do not disclose information in regards to how we have confirmed this. You may not have this intention, but we have a firm stance on this matter.

Keep in mind that account sharing of any kind is also against the Terms of Use. You are responsible for all activity on your account, so be sure to keep your account information to yourself.

Avatar ZEITREISENDER Yesterday at 23:53 I have never used ANY third party program! I DO NOT want proof! I want my level 30 account back that I have put endless hours into. I want to be able to play with my brother because that is why I downloaded this game. To share something with him. I want to grumble with other bronze ranked players because I feel like I am stuck in bronze with them. I want to tell people that League of Legends is the best MOBA out there right now and hopefully will continue to be for years to come. I want justice...I understand where you guys are coming from. But I feel like I am being blind sided because I HAVE NO, or at least not intentionally and definitely not knowing, used ANY third party program to gain ANY advantage. I just wanted to play a game today and I never expected this. I will keep fighting this and until I get justice I will make sure everyone I know who games or plays League of Legends will know the unjustice you have committed against my account. If you need me to attach any logs or anything from my game files I will gladly do so but I can assure you that I have not used any third party program. Thanks for Nothing Jenny711

I did not download any third program party program at all much less to gain an advantage. Check your scripts again because I have been wrongly accused and banned!

ZEITREISENDER Today at 12:17 Riot I have never ever shared my account nor modified my game files, or used any third party programs. I never even knew third party programs existed in this game for cheating until now. The last time played was on Friday and I can assure you I did not cheat. The only modification my game files have ever received was from your updates. Until a couple months ago all I ever did was use the legacy client and I upgraded to beta test the new client with my younger brother. This ban has come as surprise to me, because I have never cheated in this game. I'm starting to learn that other people have also claimed to receive have received this ban unjustly. I'm just asking that you look into my case again and hopefully unban my account. I would like to play with my younger brother. With my account that I have put countless hours into. Worked hard to unlock champions with. Played for the glory of the game and the community with. Jenny711 has responded to my last ticket saying we will do nothing. That our systems are without fault and you were caught. If I was caught I wouldn't be fighting to get my account back. I'd probably make a new account and try to cheat again or maybe learned my lesson and not cheat again. But I did not cheat. I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THIS BAN IS FOR. I am innocent and I feel like you guys do not care at all. At this point I'm starting to feel like Blizzard cares more about their gamer customers than you guys do....

I'm not asking for proof or answers regarding how or why my account was banned Jenny711. I'm frustrated because I NEVER used any third party programs. I have NEVER shared my account information. The only thing I'm guilty of is playing Riot's game, League of Legends, being what feels like stuck in Bronze and enjoying playing a game with my younger brother. What is frustrating is that your response doesn't even sound human. It feels like you do not care at all. And judging by other's posts on the community boards who dealt with a similar situation it seems like Riot does not care. Feels like your response is just copy and pasted because that is company policy. By other's posts and responses and yours it feels like you guys at Riot believe your detection system to be free of fault and it feels hopeless that I will get my account back. My account that I created with your client and have put countless hours into to level it up to 30 and collect various champions and skins on. I'm not asking for an answer about the investigation, I know that will come in time (hopefully). I am asking for a human response saying that we are looking into it and hope to have an answer for you (the player) in x time. Thanks, Zeitreisender

I'm sorry to say but I have double checked this and confirmed the evidence found. I know that you’ve invested a lot of effort and time into that League of Legends account and losing all that is disheartening. We will not be making an exception here as it would be unfair to other Summoners who are in a similar circumstance. No amount of money or time spent will ever make it okay to negatively impact the game.

If there are no other questions or concerns, I'll have to consider this matter resolved. If you'd like to discuss anything else let me know, otherwise, the ticket will be closed.
