low priorty que

dear riot,

i was recently playing the game ,at late game my internet crashed ,and i rebooted the router and it was working again, few minutes past by and we won the game ,and i get - 18 lp + i get low priorty que while i almost never missed anyting or afk explain cause this makes me feel anoyyed...
