Smurfing or Boosting Elo

Rito should really take a step to end this. If you go to google and type in "elo boost." Many sites offer LoL player a way to promote easily through the ladder by paying with real money. That is really unfair for those who play and win with their skills. Please make a system that keep smurf away from lower division players.I was one of the victim in this unfair underground system. I hope that Rito will fix this soon before more people suffer from those cheating players.
