I don't mean to be harsh in any way, but I think it's time to move on with life. Riot doesn't want you playing their game anymore, and judging on the comment of the League community, you don't seem to enjoy this game anymore. I suggest taking a break from League for a while and just reevaluate what you want to do at this point. Do you want to play another game, if you aren't already? Are you affiliated with other extracurricular activities? If you find that you can't stop playing League, you'd be surprised how coming back to the game in weeks, months, or maybe even a year can assist in preventing negative addiction.

What you do now is do what Riot wants you to do.

Leave and don't come back. That's the whole point of having an account banned. They don't want you to reform or anything. They just simply want you to do leave this game. That's it. Easy.
