2012 account perma banned for arguing with people flaming me.

so my account I've had since 2012 just got perma banned thanks riot. I mean these people immediately flame me as a jungler before I can even get to my blue buff cause they fed 2 kills in 5min then trash talk me the whole game relentlessly so I eventually gave in and argued back. didn't tell them to F off or anything but I did argue sure. as any human would snap back after having 3 people blaming u all game for their mistakes. so of course they all got together to report me after game and I get a perma ban. you guys are obviously way to harsh on your punishments and the system is way to hasty. yes I had issues that led up to this ban previously. but I've been working on it and stopped cussing all together since my last one. the fact that I have ONE bad game arguing with people leads to an instant perma ban is actually ridiculous. sucks having played 8 years on an account to have it flushed away do to one game of being trash talked for 20+ minutes.

You can't get permanently banned off of one game unless you use incredibly heinous language but even then, it's very unlikely.

Unless it was an error (in which case you should file a support ticket) the punishment was to be expected as you've had a 10 game chat restriction, 25 game chat restriction, a 14-day suspension, and received multiple reform cards along the way which explicitly stated "Any continued negativity will result in a permanent suspension."

By the 25 game chat restriction or 14 day suspension, it's been made clear that negative behavior isn't allowed and it's not justified when someone else is rude to you first.

How long you've had the account doesn't matter.
You getting permabanned isn't Riot's fault. You repeatedly violated the ToS and Summoner's Code you agreed to. That's on you.
Not every human caves in and "argues" back. Just mute them. You don't need to add to the toxicity in the match.
Multiple reports don't make a difference. One report does the same as nine.
If there are no legitimate infractions on your part, the reports will be invalid anyways.
You most likely received restrictions and a 14 day ban before this permanent ban. On the 14-day ban it will have said that ANY further toxicity would result in a permanent ban.
Toxicity isn't just reserved for cursing. If you are harassing your teammates, have an overall negative attitude, or are griefing in game, those are all considered toxic and can lead to a punishment. Those aren't everything that leads to a punishment obviously, just some major ones.
Again, it's not an Instant permaban, you were warned on your 14-day ban.
You weren't banned because of other's trash talking. You were banned because of your own actions. Take responsibility for them.

The rules don't allow you to disrupt games by arguing with others just because you have an account from 2012.

It wasn't hasty or instant though. As you've said,

This is not just ONE bad game. You've had many "bad games" in the past that got you 14-day ban. It was not due to one game of being trash talked for 20+ minutes.
