I've been playing ranked and every single game i play someone on my team feeds and everyone else rages. I main adc and always try to keep it positive but the games are just really toxic. Also i can never do anything during these games as the enemy team always focuses me and i continually get one shot by everyone from support to tanks.

Out of the millions of players playing this game, you are the Chosen One. Riot has been following you closely, and they know that you have so much untapped potential that if you were allowed to spread your wings you would tear the fabric of the space time continuum and break the game.
I've felt the exact same way as you (I also main ADC too). All I can say is we get really unlucky sometimes, I guess, since other people don't seem to have this problem. I don't know what elo you're in, but I suspect my issues stem from the fact that I'm permastuck in silver (my own fault for being a Caitlyn one-trick).
Yup. Riot has singled you out, out of 100 million monthly players. You're it. Riot wants to make sure that you have a bad time playing their game. Yup.
Sometimes it leaves you asking, "When's the other team gonna feed?"
Its not just you. I get trash teams the vast majority of my games. I find myself thinking- There is no way this team will be worse than my last. Time and time again I am proven wrong. You just have to reque and keep trying.
