Banned for no reason

Ok, it's been 5 hours since my last game ( Vayne ), i dont know what really happened but i think some dudes may reported me. i dont know for what. i allmost rarely talk in chat but when i do it's usually in the first 2 mins or even when i have to say something like "ss" or "bot/top/mid no summs" and at the end "gg wp" that's all i guess it's not for flame or anything, i saw my mail and it says it's for using 3th party programs. I DON'T USE ANY !!!! only ( Championify ) which is allowed as i saw on a post on the forum ( LINK ) I really dont know what to say.... can this be some kind of mistake, have anyone got banned like this... can someone give me some tip how do i recover my account... bcz i really didnt use some kind of programs it was like BAAM ur account is pernamently suspended.... btw sorry for english ;) i wish there is someone who can help me Help Please!! Same exact thing happened to my account this morning. I tried to log in after work and it had been suspended due to 3rd party programs and did not cite a match, nor did they tell me what program they suspected me of using. I received no warning in my email at any point and I have never been warned/punished for anything in years of playing.

Best bet from what I have read is to send in a ticket and pray they give enough of a crap to actually look into the issue deeper than simply giving us non stop automated responses, but it is feeling like that isn't going to be the case. Good luck to you.
