i had a guy running it down mid ( no joke .. he straight up running down mid turrs ) without saying anything, so the report system wont punish him ..
i know chat ban will not help cause he will just do it again in games ..
whats the punishment for that if there's any ?
They go straight to getting a temp ban, then a perma IIRC.
Riot openly admit, that feeding on purpose is literally untrackable, unless the person doing it flames too (admitting it in chat).
If he is smart, feeding but occasionaly kills minion or steal a kill, buying some sort of what look like a build, they will never get punished. Sad fact.

Riot says there is but you'll never see it be punished even if it's every 5 games because "hurr durr they could just be bad enough to not notice towers and enemies do damage"
Should escalate automatically to a 14 day ban.
INTing has its own report category, so report it.
I used to play in bronze 5 (and sometimes 4) from 2014-2015. And people literally inting like you described would happen really often. (14 games in row was my high score) But if the player doesnt say it in chat, they would need to manualy (actual person doint it) watch the whole game replay just to chek it, and most of "inting" report are just people in not bronze 5 or 4 having a really bad game having a kda of 3-15-5 or something like that.
I dont think there is a solution but if you arent already hard stuck in bronze 5 since a long time you wont see it often (staying there more that 2 or 3 months while playing a lot will make you be in the same elo as thoses that literally int all the time)
its ben years since ive ben in this elo (im a silver 1 player now) i dont know if its still as horrible, and i dont want to go chek. But you shouldnt worry about theses players since they will be seen quite rarelly and will probably just make you lose 1 game per many months
