Suggestion for tribunal system

Why is it that people cant be reported or banned for after game chat or champ select? Most toxic people i see are even more toxic after a game and say things that are far more likely to get them banned in the post game chat. It seems odd that this chat would not be considered when going to the tribunal since it is a far more effective place to catch a raging person. Just a thought for you to consider about the tribunal system :) attached is a chase and point.

Pre- and post-game are reviewed by Riot. They just don't show up in the reform cards for technical reasons.

Okay, but riot usually doesn't check out that stuff unless the person has been reported multiple times and the Tribunal tells them to look at the player. Just think it would save time and get more toxic players banned if it was all included in the tribunal and assessed at the same time. Thinks like "go commit suicide" should be an insta-ban but wont be seen because it happened after and in game the toxic chat was slightly less. Probably wont even make it to Riot for checking is the problem.
