Riot, please fix the /remake system. It's getting fucking ridiculous.

Okay, so today me and some friends were going to play some League. We got into the champ select and everything, then suddenly when the loading screen appears, my game decides to crash. It refused to start so I had to restart the entire computer. My friends were with my in skype and apparently our two other teammates wanted to remake. We were all chill since we knew that it was going to be a 2v2 during the voting stage and that the game would not get remade, but apparently that's not how it works. A 2v2 vote apparently went through and the game got remade. I was pretty chill though because I thought since I haven't left a game in aaages I wasn't going to get a penalty, or at least not a major one, but oh boy was I wrong. So I got a 20 minute ban for 5 fucking games, 5 fucking games I have to wait 20 min. This is just fucking ridiculous, I dont join the game for like 2 min and apparently my team gets to remake, even though my friends told them I was coming in like 10 sec. I never leave games and yet, the first time I'm afk for the first two minutes, I get a 20 min ban before I can join a queue for 5 games. Is this fucking fair? I sure as hell think not. I think that the remake system needs to get fixed. For example, you shouldn't be able to remake until 5 minutes+, and the penalty for the player who was afk in that game shouldn't be especially harsh, since no one lost any lp or anything, since the game got remade. So Riot, im begging you. Please fix this godamn system!
