In Game Honor And Unbanning

If a person with a banned account has an alt that they created to keep playing the game, and that alt gets to the highest level of honor will Riot consider unbanning this persons account that was banned? I can see the doubt in this idea, a perma ban is permit its in its name. However the honor system is made by Riot themselves so would they not trust that a person with the highest honor who has a perma banned account is reformed and deserving of that account that they spend so much time and money on? I would really like to know what other players think of this consent and maybe even a riot employee themselves.

No.

They tried something similar to this in the past, it had a miserable success rate and isn't worth it.

If someone breaks the rules, and continues to do so despite numerous warnings, they have to deal with the full results of their actions.

Nope.

That type of thing only works on person bans... which in turn has its own set of confusing rules.

By acting the way you did intentionally or not you lost w/e work you invested into the game prior. That is your price to pay for your actions. If it was not your actions then you may be able to get the account back but otherwise you are beat for w/e you invested into the game.

Honor levels just simply mean you played enough games and not received enough reports to counter said game spamming effort. You can still be a jerk and hit honor 5. Basically the 'honor' system is about playing your crap right as you are incentivised because we all want the honor capsules. It really has little to do with actual honorable play.

Coincidentally this also generates more income for the game through purchases of champs/skins/IP/Exp boosts and what not from people who cash dump into this game

Except honor doesn't mean you are honorable. Usually means you carried.

Furthermore, you get honor for just playing the game. You could get 0 "honors" from other players and still be H5 by now.
