Is there a actual way to contact riot or do they only have the boards that they don't reply to

So I que up for a game of league and we finish champ select. After champ select the game just decides I'm not gonna load (I had no possible way of knowing this would happen). So I wait keep trying to reconnect to the game but it still doesn't work eventually the games over and I klnever got a chance to reconnect or connect in the first place. I try one more time a few hours later same thing happens so I reinstall the game after about 3 hours of waiting for it to download again I log in and see my account has a 5 game 10 minute lower priority que. Are you fucking serious. The leaver buster system is the fucking stupidest system in league and either needs to be removed or actually replaced with something BETTER. I look to see if I can contact riot directly about this but no they send me here cause riot doesn't actually care about the people playing the game so they just implement these makeshift systems that make it look like they care when in fact all they care about is how many people are gonna spend ten dollars on challenger nidalee.
