I just recently made a forum post about my perma ban. I was wondering if there is actually a way to be unbanned?
I have a honor level 3 account that is level 30 and has never had a chat ban or temp account ban on it. Could I put that in as evidence in a riot support ticket?

And it depends. Typically, an account once permabanned stays permabanned unless there was an Error on Riots part. However, you never know unless you ask, so submit a ticket and see what they say.
