Permanently Suspended

Simply asking why? Because I said not-nice things? Considering I sunk a lot of money and time into this game, I find this ridiculous. I said something people didn't like, so what? I said it for good reason and if someone else was in my case, I'm sure about 90% of the League community would agree with me. Look, you want some advice? Instead of suspending people permanently, suspend their chat permanently. I was suspended permanently for saying bad things in CHAT! So why should I be banned from a game when I wasn't intentionally feeding, assisting enemy team, etc. This is unfair and it's obvious. People have really damn bad days and because a game pisses them off past their limit, you guys ban us? To make our days worse? We're adults, if you can't handle a little insult or a frustrated person, then this world isn't meant for ya.

Congrats me, I just wasted a ton of my time and money just to get suspended forever due to... Some bad words and insults towards those that were messing a fun game up for me. Woop-de-doo.

Oh and If you ban someone, give them back their money. I spent $200+ dollars on this account. Now THAT'S unfair.

Edit: Oh and apparently I'm in the .006% percentile that have been banned due to in game negativity....

your probably not being honest with us when you sugar coat it and say "not-nice things".

you aren't different from anyone else who got banned for toxic behavior, i'm sure you've been on the receiving end of toxicity along with everyone else but i want to go out on a limb and say your not the type of person to just let it go. have you been banned in the past? chat banned? or any of the sort? because that should of served as your reminder that you don't own your acc, riot does.

Let me refer you to the terms of use you said "I agree" to every time a new patch came out.

RIOT GAMES RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SUSPEND, TERMINATE, MODIFY OR DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT AT ANY TIME FOR ANY REASON OR NO REASON, WITH OR WITHOUT NOTICE TO YOU, AND WITH NO LIABILITY OF ANY KIND TO YOU....For purposes of explanation and not limitation, most Account suspensions, terminations and/or deletions are the result of violation of this Agreement, the EULA, the Privacy Policy, or the Summoner’s Code (defined below). Accounts terminated by Riot Games shall not be reinstated under any conditions whatsoever.

and

While using any of the Properties, you agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations. You also agree to comply with certain additional rules that govern your use of the Properties (the "Code of Conduct"). The Code of Conduct is not meant to be exhaustive, and Riot Games reserves the right to modify this Code of Conduct at any time, as well as take appropriate disciplinary measures including Account termination and deletion to protect the integrity and spirit of the Properties, regardless of whether a specific behavior is listed here as prohibited. In addition to this Code of Conduct, please see the Summoner’s Code for additional guidance on exemplary game-play behavior. The following are examples of behavior that warrant disciplinary measures:

Item E under than list states that you can be banned for:

Transmitting or communicating any content which, in the sole and exclusive discretion of Riot Games, is deemed offensive, including, but not limited to, language that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, sexually explicit, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable;

Furthermore,

When using the Game, you may accumulate in-Game assets associated with your Account, including, without limitation, objects, artifacts, currency, items, equipment, and/or other value or status indicators (“Game Assets”) that reside on servers operated by Riot Games as data. You acknowledge and agree that such Game Assets are accumulated as part of your Account and therefore you shall have no ownership or other property interest in any of those Game Assets. You further acknowledge and agree that Riot Games has the right, but not the obligation, to delete, alter, move, remove, or transfer any and all Game Assets, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, with or without notice to you, and with no liability of any kind to you. Riot Games does not provide or guarantee, and expressly disclaims any value, cash or otherwise, attributed to any data residing on servers operated by Riot Games, including without limitation the Game Assets associated with your Account.

and

YOU FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT THE RIOT POINTS SYSTEM AND THE VIRTUAL ITEMS YOU ACQUIRE HAVE NO MONETARY VALUE AND CANNOT BE REDEEMED FOR CASH. NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE FOR THE PURCHASE OF RIOT POINTS OR FOR VIRTUAL ITEMS OBTAINED USING RIOT POINTS.

and

NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY HEREIN, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOU SHALL HAVE NO OWNERSHIP OR OTHER PROPERTY INTEREST IN YOUR ACCOUNT, AND YOU FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT ALL RIGHTS IN AND TO THE ACCOUNT ARE AND SHALL FOREVER BE OWNED BY AND INURE TO THE BENEFIT OF RIOT GAMES. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOU HAVE NO CLAIM, RIGHT, TITLE, OWNERSHIP OR OTHER PROPRIETARY INTEREST IN THE GAME ASSETS, VIRTUAL ITEMS OR RIOT POINTS THAT YOU ACQUIRE, REGARDLESS OF THE CONSIDERATION OFFERED OR PAID IN EXCHANGE FOR RIOT POINTS OR VIRTUAL ITEMS. FURTHERMORE, RIOT GAMES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE IN ANY MANNER FOR THE DESTRUCTION, DELETION, MODIFICATION, IMPAIRMENT, “HACKING,” OR ANY OTHER DAMAGE OR LOSS OF ANY KIND CAUSED TO THE GAME ASSETS, VIRTUAL ITEMS OR RIOT POINTS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE DELETION OF GAME ASSETS, VIRTUAL ITEMS OR RIOT POINTS UPON THE TERMINATION OR EXPIRATION OF YOUR ACCOUNT.

TL;DR You agreed to these terms of use when you played the game. I figured since you are an "adult" you would read the terms of a contract before you paid money on said contract. Riot is 100% right on this and you are 100% wrong. Next time you want to be an ass to others I suggest you read the fine print.

P.S. It took me about 5 minutes to look all this up. If you did the same maybe you wouldn't have lost that $200.

You didn't say "something" to get perma banned. You said A LOT of "somethings" over a sustained period of time and ignored warnings that your behavior was NOT acceptable. So yea, seems fair to me.

Could you post your reform card so we can take a look at it? We aren't really able to give feedback without it, unfortunately.

I don't see how you spending money on this game warrants you being an asshole I game to others

There's nothing stopping you from getting mad at people who are being jerks. There's nothing wrong with it, but calling out mistakes in chat, complaining about your teammates... all that does is make them defensive and annoys the rest of your teammates, especially the ones who just want to play.

As far as permabans... consider it like getting booted from a mall or a theme park. Yeah, you've spent money, but there are also rules you've agreed to abide by. If you break those rules, you can get ejected and, if it's bad enough or often enough, they may issue a permanent ban from the facility. There is no obligation to refund any money spent.

League is, essentially, a theme park. People come in to play and, yes, spend money. Part of the agreement is that you don't act like a jerk. They're nice enough to understand that things happen, people say stupid stuff. But they also expect you to learn how not to be a jerk in games. And if you can't or won't learn from chat restrictions, they'll issue a 2-week ban. But that's also your final warning. Continue to act like a jerk in game, and Riot will eventually decide that you are driving too many people away to want you in the game any more.

Contrary to some thoughts, a permaban isn't a money grab to force players to repurchase items. It's Riot telling you "We don't care about your money, we want you gone."

Well that blows. I've spent like twice that, if I got perma'd I would chuck my monitor out of the god damn window.

I just want to have my account back...... There's nothing else to do in my area that I find fun.. No way to really relieve stress in a way that works for me... My life is already crappy enough without the one game I've liked consistently the past few years...
