I would like help about a perma ban.

After making a thread talking about the large ban wave that has happened, I want to talk more specifically about the aspects of my ban. Though I understand that it might be hard to beileve someone who has been banned, I'd like to explain myself. I am a silver 5 player who has around 700 hours invested in league with around 300 dollars spent in game. I have 50% win rate in ranked and a 50% win rate on my main, gangplank. I'm painful average at the game and I'm okay with that. I'm honestly confused at my ban. I'm the such average player and have no games in my history that show me doing way above average in a way that would depict me using any third party programs to make me better at the game. Though I have sent in tickets trying to explain myself, it has come to little help and just confuses me more. I know that I haven't used anything that goes against terms, and I know it's hard to beileve, but I'm being completely honest.
