I recently got banned on this account because of certain things I said during the match, But I don't remember any of the things i said to be in all-chat and all the people that were on my team were premade with me and in teamchat, and I don't have a mic so I type in chat. Why did i get banned?
You wont get banned unless one of them reported you. So one of your friends reported you, and got you banned. IIRC Riot once unbanned a guy after all his friends reported him, but that was a special case where they all retracted their reports by writing to a Rioter.
Because the shitty system doesn't understand context and any report triggers it.
Riot decided that robots are better than humans when it comes to deciding what is civil.
Just don't say anything in game because enemies rage report post game when they lose, and you get punished despite not being toxic.

Perhaps your premade teammates aren't as cool with the kind of stuff you say as you thought.
Post chat logs and we can discuss which points you should probably avoid doing. It doesn't matter if you are in a premade or not. If you are saying offensive things, and get reported for some reason (whether your premade was joking or maybe you offended one of them) the game gets logged by IFS.
My advice, don't say offensive stuff in chat. Even if you are in a premade. Respond to questions or don't say anything at all.
As others have stated, there is a prior case that is similar to yours. Your best bet would be to submit a support ticket.
I can also remember people receiving bans due to 'joke' reports because they didn't think reporting did anything.
Thing is, bans don't go out if there's nothing for the system to find.
I don't remember that premade case, but I would bet if there had been even one random person in that game, the punishment would not have been rescinded.
