More Severe Punishment For AFk's/No MMR Drop

In my entire time playing League of Legends, which adds up to more than 2000 games, I've never once rage quit and maybe only had to AFK or leave out of two games. But it seems like every single day I have someone AFK on my team for one reason or another. I was just in a game up 5K gold around 20 minutes and TWO members of my team DC for no reason and we lose, there either need to be severe punishment for them or seriously reduced LP lose for me because that's just not fair to me. I could understand if you lose LP but can you at least not change my MMR based on games where someone on my team AFK's. I was on a 6 game win streak earning close to 25 LP per win and now my MMR is gonna drop quite a bit because I had an AFK. Simply not fair.
