I was playing ranked flex when came an annie player who was really toxic, so i tried to reason with him but turns out he had 2 other friends in the same game. They all reported me for saying not agreeing with them and i got banned 14 days. the ban system isnt good you can duo up to 3 people and report one guy and he will get banned its not fair,
You don't get banned for having multiple reports filed against you, and Rioters have even mentioned that nine reports carry the same weight as one report.
You do get banned for bad behavior, flaming, trolling, hate speech, intentional feeding, etc., so likelihood is, if this isn't your first offense, you've been chat-restricted for flaming twice before, and if it is your first offense, you used hate speech or offensive remarks that are deemed intolerable by Riot.
And, as others have requested, you should probably post the chat logs associated with your ban for a better perspective and judgement of whether or not it was deserved.

Provide your chat logs so we can help you identify when your "reasoning" crossed the line into toxicity.
Further, one report is all that is needed to flag the game. It could've been one of them that reported you or all 9 other players. It still would've resulted in a punishment if you behaved poorly.
First: Multiple reports don't matter. 1 report will flag the game.
Second: Have you had previous punishments already?
Third: Technically three people would be a Trio and not a Duo.
